Project: 4574 Sonoma HWY Rd
Project Type: Remodel.

Challenge: In this study, our client is looking to renovate her home that was severely damaged from the inside out from a chimney fire. The goal is to create a redesigned floor plan that fits her budget, fits her values and core personal reflection while upholding its value, driving real estate profits higher for a considered resale within the next five years.

Solution: After spending 30 days with the client, gathering the critical information within our programming, and a direct line of communication and budgeting compromise. This three bedroom two bathroom home has a new open floorplan reaching out its beautiful views at each window into one large space. The Garage has more open space and consolidates the mudroom to fit in a 9 Sqft washer/dryer stack with much needed storage. The bathrooms are organized to fit floating vanities for ease of cleaning and bring attraction to its modern Farm-House aesthetic. This space is meticulously planned for utilizing a maximum amount of space in the best possible way of utility. For example showcasing one of the bedrooms as a flexible creative office space for the client in her time of work. Lastly, we've utilized her needs of a quiet reading space, incorporated between the garage and the rest of the home as a buffer between the two entities. The client was pleased to see her wants and needs met with a exceptional budget outcome.
